No Woodstock restaurant or venue had announced Mother’s Day 2027 plans as of Oct. 6, 2026, so this page starts with what is already known: which restaurants serve Sunday brunch, which markets fall on Mother’s Day weekend, and what downtown usually has on in May. Markets and gifts

• Woodstock Farm Fresh Market, every Saturday from April to December downtown, so it falls on Saturday, May 8, 2027. See our farmers markets guide for the location and hours.
• Maker’s Mash, Reformation Brewery’s artisan market at 105 Elm St., is held on the second Sunday of each month in Woodstock, which in 2027 is Mother’s Day itself. Check the brewery’s events calendar closer to the date.
• Downtown Dollars, gift certificates good at many downtown shops and restaurants, are sold at the Woodstock Visitors Center and online.

These ran in May 2026; 2027 dates had not been posted as of Oct. 6:

• Dos de Mayo Crawl, Saturday, May 2, 2026, 2 to 6 p.m., Visit Woodstock GA’s downtown restaurant crawl (crawl series page).
• May Brown Bag Concert Series, Thursdays in May from noon to 1 p.m. in The Park at City Center: free lunchtime concerts the city suggests for a Mothers Morning Out. Bring a chair (city special events).
• Woodstock Summer Concert Series, free shows on the second Saturday of each month from May to September at the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater (concert series site). In 2027 the second Saturday of May is May 8, the day before Mother’s Day.
• Family Fun Night, the third Thursday of each month from May to August, 5 to 9 p.m. downtown, ending with a movie on the Woodstock Arts Event Green. The 2026 season opened May 21 (series page).

A free outing

Olde Rope Mill Park, 690 Olde Rope Mill Road, has picnic areas, swings and decks overlooking the Little River, a rock pavilion and the flat Trestle Rock Trail, according to the city’s park page. Group use needs a permit; a family picnic does not.
