Downtown parking

Downtown Woodstock has more than 70 shops, restaurants and attractions and almost 2,000 public parking spaces on streets, in surface lots and in the City Center East parking deck, which opened in December 2024 with more than 600 free spaces, the city says.

Free parking About 85% of downtown spaces, including the deck
Paid zones Four zones, fewer than 300 spaces, since July 7, 2025
Paid hours 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week
Paid rates First hour free with registration; $2 for each of the second and third hours, plus processing fees
How to pay QR code or text-to-pay

Because paid parking stops at 8 p.m., the city notes that someone who parks in a paid zone at 5 p.m. can stay until 10 a.m. the next morning. For long stays, use the deck or a free lot. Find every space on the city’s interactive parking map.
